Sustainability
Luxury Meets Responsibility
At Eagles View, we believe in treading lightly on this beautiful landscape. Our property combines luxury with environmental responsibility, ensuring future generations can enjoy the Highlands' pristine beauty.
We used local natural materials to build our house, such as Caithness stones, sheep wool insulation, oak flooring and the landscaping is a meadow with local wildlife flowers sourced from that area.
Renewable Energy
Solar panels and air-source heat pump provide sustainable heating and hot water throughout the property.
Waste Reduction
Comprehensive recycling facilities and composting. We minimize single-use plastics throughout the property.
Local Sourcing
We make every effort to support local business and aim for organic where possible.
